Your snowblower problem sounds similar to the lawnmower problem I had this spring.

Is it a Briggs and Stratton engine?

Unfortunately, I don't have small engine skills like you.

Tecumseh.

I have no problems doing the actual work on the engine - the problem is trying to figure out what needs to be fixed. It does seem like it might be an issue with the fuel system, but I can't figure out exactly what, especially since it more or less runs fine when cold.

I HATE to ask such a simple question.... but it's not the spark-plugs is it?

[Jan 3, 2008, 17:22] Luke [e-mail]
:-) No, I don't think so. I've tried both the original spark plug and a brand new one, and the results are the same.

Maybe I'll work on it this weekend when it's warm(er).

The guy on the radio said "High of 77 on Sunday..." instead of 47. Heh.

It is TOO warm for January! We have had more freezing rain and rain this winter than any in my memory. I am SO sick of it! Global warming anyone????

I'll take all the warm I can get! It was below 0 the other day!

I'd be quite content if we were done with snow for the winter...

But it's WINTER. In WISCONSIN. It's not natural to have so much feaking rain!

I heard that if it changed to enough above freezing here we would lose all our pine trees. We'd become the new south. And that would suck no matter how you slice it....
