While I appreciate being able to go to a restaurant that's smoke free, and not have to put up with smoke spilling over from a smoking section, I can understand his concerns.

In a way I have to agree with my brother-in-law. Restaurant owners should have a choice as to whether or not they are smoke free. It will then be the patrons who will decide who survives and who doesn't, and no one would have to listen to whiny radio commercials like we have around here.

If this guy's revenue is over $200,000 a year, then I can understand his concerns. A quick business loan for $20,000 based on his current revenue is probably a much easier pill to swallow versus maybe not qualifying for a $20,000 a year from now because he doesn't have the revenue to back it.
