TDS is great when it works, but no one could figure out why my DSL wouldn't work at the new house. I had like 6 TDS dudes out to my house, and NO ONE knew! Then I accidentily called for technical assistance (rather than service/repair/installation) and the tech-guy solved the problem over the phone. He mailed me a new modem, and VOILA! The problem was solved.
