Politics and religion...what a wonderful pair...as I mentioned yesterday at work, in the middle of my political holy war that I unintentionally started, I couldn't help but think that both government and church give me the freedom of choice. Does that mean that it's always the right choice, No...but it is mine and only mine to make... I told the happy clappy Bible thumpin fundamentalist that I had two words for her as far as the abortion issue (which normally I try to stay out of but since I had already opened the can of worms)...Free Will...and of course I got the answer "God gave us free will because he wants us to choose him" *sigh* I should have known....
