[Feb 18, 09:57]Lance [e-mail] The media is generally so clueless and ignorant. I am always talking back to the TV newscasters and field reporters (in my mind of course). Channel 4 here in DFW has done a dozen+ reports on the demise of Napster over the last two years. The whole story is moot anyway because of the existence of other file-share programs/networks which they never mention because of their ignorance.
With the Beatles tapes someone could have contacted any number of Beatles or music experts but instead just chose to "run the story".
